The Committee on Pensions moved to amend the bill by striking out the title and substituting therefore a new title, to read as follows:

Eng. House Bill 3506—A Bill to repeal §51-9-6c and §51-9-6d of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended; and to amend and reenact §51-9-6a and §51-9-6b of said code, relating to the Judges’ Retirement System; providing for actuarially reduced pension benefit for judges in certain circumstances; increasing surviving spouse plan benefit; eliminating distinction between certain judges for purposes of calculating surviving spouse plan benefits, surviving dependent children plan benefits, and adjusted annual retirement benefit; and eliminating limitation on retirement benefits.
